Here is how our Electronic Bill Pay works…

  • Once you enroll, you will receive an e-mail each month letting you know the amount you owe and that your complete statement is available for viewing.
  • You can then view and pay your bill using a bank account (checking/savings) at no extra charge, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa will have an added fee of $3.50.
  • Automatic payments can also be scheduled.

Our online automated bill payment system is secured and operated by Paymentus. The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and Paymentus are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology, and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.

To register, use your 10 digit ACCOUNT NUMBER and then enter your “Security Code” using the numerals 519 along with the last four digits of your service number in the bill sample (example: 5190102).
